At Fyranzee, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate through a dropshipping model, all returns are subject to supplier approval and may vary depending on the item and origin. Below are the terms governing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
You may request a return or refund if:
The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Items on clearance or final sale.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
Contact our support team at support@fyranzee.com with your order number and issue description (including photos if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address (typically of our supplier).
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
In case of order cancellation before shipment, a full refund may be issued.
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with order details and a photo of the issue.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
